A Citroën delivery bus collided with the rear of a tractor mowing grass on national road 92 (DK92) in the village of Nowe Osiny (Mińsk district) on Thursday, Oct. 9, at about 15:00.
Trapped Bus Occupants
Two men inside the Citroën were trapped in the cabin; firefighters used hydraulic tools to extract them.
Medical and Rescue Efforts
The bus driver, who sustained more serious injuries, was air‑lifted by a LPR helicopter to the hospital, while a passenger was taken by ambulance. The tractor operator, who suffered only minor wounds, remained on scene.
Traffic Disruption
Police reported the incident caused a complete blockage of the road for about two hours, and emergency services secured the site until the end of the investigation and road clearing.
