A head‑on crash between an Opel and a Ford on Poland’s DK 60 in Wola Łącka left five people hospitalized and the highway section closed until about 11 a.m.

A 50‑year‑old woman driving an Opel collided head‑on with a 62‑year‑old woman driving a Ford that was travelling in the opposite direction on the northern part of the national road No. 60.
Injuries and hospitalisations
Five people required medical attention and were taken to hospital: both drivers, a 12‑year‑old Opel passenger, a 68‑year‑old female Ford passenger, and a 45‑year‑old male Ford passenger.
Road closures and detours
The affected stretch of DK 60 is completely impassable. Police are directing traffic onto detours via Nowy Duninów and Gąbin. The closures are expected to last until roughly 11 a.m.
Police statement
Police in Płock stated: “The incident involved a head‑on collision between an Opel and a Ford, with both drivers and passengers injured. The section of the road is fully blocked, and detours have been opened. We ask motorists to obey officers’ instructions and exercise utmost caution.”
