Volkswagen Collides with Iveco Delivery Truck in Białołęka; Passenger Hospitalized

Roughly 7:35 a.m. on the intersection of Modlińska and Płochocińska streets in Białołęka, a Volkswagen was struck by an Iveco delivery truck, sending the passenger into the hospital.

Collision Details

At about 7:35 a.m., a Volkswagen passenger car collided with the side of an Iveco delivery truck at the Modlińska–Płochocińska intersection in Białołęka. The truck driver failed to yield, causing the collision. The impact slid the car onto the sidewalk.

Traffic Disruption

Movement toward Legionowa was temporarily blocked once the vehicles stopped. The blockade remained until authorities removed the cars and cleared the roadway.

Injuries and Investigation

The Volkswagen passenger was transported to a hospital. Both drivers tested sober. Traffic Police investigators led a preliminary inquiry at the scene.
