Tusk reacted on X to German criticism of Poland’s extradition stance, accusing the president and a German extremist of conspiracy over the Nord Stream blast.
Tusk’s harsh comment on X
On October 12, Donald Tusk posted a brief reply on the platform X to a German critic. He accused AfD leader Tino Chrupalla, an opponent of NATO and the EU, of suggesting that Poland might have been behind the Nord Stream sabotage. Tusk also denounced a recent attempt by President Karol Nawrocki’s team to get close to the AfD.
AfD leader’s accusations and Polish response
Chrupalla’s video on X claimed that the Polish prime minister refuses to extradite the suspect of the Nord Stream terrorist attack. He argued that the real issue is the pipeline’s construction, questioning whether Poland could have been involved and demanding explanations. The Polish prime minister replied with a short statement on X.
Volodymyr Z. remains in Polish detention
