The summit in Egypt will host leaders from 20 countries, including the United States, Egypt, the United Kingdom, France, Turkey, and Qatar. Participants are expected to sign a 20‑point peace plan proposed by Trump, with the United States, Egypt, Qatar, and Turkey acting as guarantors. Israel and Hamas were not invited; Palestinian authorities will attend instead.
