A Fiat brand bus moving along S79 from Marynarska Street and turning onto S2 toward Puławska suddenly left the road and tipped onto its side at the intersection of Węzła Lotnisko.

Two fire brigade squads, a medical rescue team, and police arrived on the scene shortly after the incident. Firefighters secured the area and erected a safety cordon around one traffic lane of the overpass to facilitate safe operations.
