Police Stop Mejza for 200 km/h on Expressway
On 14 Oct, RMF FM police halted Mejza on the S3 expressway for driving 200 km/h, far above the 120 km/h limit. He was offered a 2,500 zł fine.
Mejza Claims Immunity, Vows No Repeat
Mejza cited parliamentary immunity to refuse the fine and released a statement to ZET radio explaining he was rushing to the airport. He pledged not to repeat the incident, said he would relinquish immunity, and would pay the fine if legal.
PiS Demands Interior‑Minister Action
