From 17 to 20 October, road crews will replace asphalt on Powstańców Śląskich street toward Bielany, resulting in closures, detours and restricted bus routes for motorists, buses and pedestrians.
Work Period
Construction begins Friday 17 October at 10 p.m. and will continue until Monday 20 October at 5 a.m.
Street Closure
Powstańców Śląskich street in the Bielany direction will be closed from Wrocławska to its intersection with Piastów Śląskich, including part of that intersection.
Intersection Changes and Two‑Way Traffic
At the junction of Powstańców Śląskich with Wrocławska, drivers coming from Górczewska must turn left or right; no left turn is allowed from the Bielany side. The left lane of Wrocławska from the Żołnierzy Wyklętych side will be closed.
The Piastów Śląskich side of Osmańczyka will lose connection to the repaired Powstańców Śląskich. Exits from the Bemowo airport side will be either left or right. In the short segment of Powstańców Śląskich heading toward Górczewska, traffic will run in two directions, one lane each way.
Detours and Pedestrian Crossings
Detours are marked along Wrocławska, Żołnierzy Wyklętych and Piastów Śląskich. An alternate bypass uses Wrocławska, Widawska, Księcia Bolesława and Obrońców Tobruku to Maczka.
Pedestrian crossings over the repaired lane will open alternately.
Public Transport
Daytime bus routes change from Saturday morning, night routes from Friday night until Saturday. Lines 184 and N01 heading north, 112 from Karolina and N43 to Chomiczówka will use Wrocławska, Żołnierzy Wyklętych and Piastów Śląskich. Shortened 112 services from the CH Marki side skip the Nowe Bemowo loop and use Wrocławska to reach Orlich Gniazd 02.
Bus 201 terminates at the Osmańczyk 02 roundabout; on return it goes to the Obrońców Tobruku roundabout, turns back and proceeds to the M2 Księcia Janusza metro station. Line 220 from Krakowska Avenue ends at the Nowe Bemowo 02 loop; on the opposite direction it turns onto Wrocławska after traveling along Powstańców Śląskich.
