Affected Roads
Major congestion was reported on access roads to the mall and on the S8 trunk route. Streets named Annopol, Białołęcka, Rembielińska, Łabiszyńska, and Kopijników were blocked or heavily clogged. The entrance from the S8 and sections of the expressway itself were also jammed.
Traffic Conditions
Drivers reported that covering just about 100 metres near the mall entrances could take up to 15 minutes, and traffic slowed as one approached the centre. The biggest bottlenecks occurred on connecting roads and lanes leading to parking‑area turns.
Police Response
Police patrols on site manually directed traffic at intersections near the mall, but throughput was limited by high parking occupancy and the continuous arrival of vehicles.
