Nighttime Incident Near Laliny Nightclub

On the night of 18–19 October, traffic officers intervened just before midnight in the vicinity of a nightclub in Laliny. They observed the tractor performing dangerous manoeuvres.

Blood Alcohol and Licence Violations

The driver’s 2‰ blood alcohol level and lack of driving licence violated both traffic and drunken‑driving laws. No other passengers were reported.

Investigators found that the tractor belonged to the driver’s grandfather. The teenager had taken the vehicle without the owner’s knowledge or permission.

After preliminary actions, both minors were handed over to parental care. The case will now be decided by the family court, which will determine further consequences.

Police Warnings on Underage Alcohol Use

Police reminded that driving under alcohol poses serious risks to drivers, passengers, and other road users. Underage consumption also endangers a young person’s health and future.
