Tusk Accuses ‘Arsonist from Żoliborz’ of PO Office Attack

Donald Tusk posted a brief comment on his social‑media accounts about the attempted burning of the Platforma Obywatelskiej office, outlining who he believes is politically responsible for the incident.

Attribution of Responsibility

Tusk named Jarosław Kaczyński as the individual who bears responsibility, alleging Kaczyński’s involvement in organising and supporting the arson attempt.

“Arsonist from Żoliborz” Label

The Prime Minister referred to Kaczyński as the “arsonist from Żoliborz,” explicitly assigning blame for the attack on the PO office.

Statements at PiS Rally

Earlier, at a PiS rally, Kaczyński praised Robert Bąkiewicz as “a brave and wise man.” Tusk reposted a fragment of Bąkiewicz’s remarks, in which he likened the situation to “removing weeds from Polish soil.”

Krzysztof B. is already imprisoned. Robert Bąkiewicz faces accusations and awaits further charges, according to Tusk.
