The White House confirmed that President Donald Trump will not meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin soon.

A senior White House official informed Reuters that no summit between the United States and Russia is currently scheduled.

Officials said that neither the U.S. government nor Russia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs plans a personal meeting at this time. U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov were also noted as not planning a gathering.
