Before 13:00 on October 21, two cars collided on Sikorski Avenue near Ursynów. The Ford, driven by a Ukrainian citizen, struck the rear of a Dacia, causing only superficial damage to both vehicles.
Pursuit and Apprehension
The Dacia driver pulled over, signaling a stop to the Ford. The driver then accelerated, attempting to escape. The Dacia driver chased up to the intersection with Św. Bonifacego Street, opened the Ford’s doors, and asked another driver to block the road, preventing the newcomer’s departure. Witnesses then apprehended the woman on foot.
Intoxication Evidence
