Local officers intercepted a Volkswagen on a nighttime road traffic check, subsequent to a disturbance that occurred after 23:00.

Underage Driver with Parental Passenger

The vehicle’s driver was a 13‑year‑old resident of Mikołajki, while the passenger was his 43‑year‑old father.

Father’s Alcohol‑Related Involvement

The father admitted encouraging his son to take him to purchase alcohol and later complied with his son’s request to continue driving around town.

A breath test revealed the father’s blood alcohol concentration at 1.8 ‰. He may face charges for placing a minor in direct danger of mortal injury or severe bodily harm by permitting and directing the underage driver.

Family Court Proceedings Likely
