Prosecutors confirm Donald Tusk’s daughter has already been questioned in the Pegasus spyware probe, where she is listed as a victim in the immunity‑lifting case involving Bogdan Święczkowski.

The National Prosecutor’s Office has appointed a special investigative team led by prosecutor Józef Gacka to untangle the politically motivated use of Pegasus spyware that was bought illegally by previous CBA authorities using funds from the Justice Fund.
In an interview with Onet, Gacka disclosed that Katarzyna Tusk‑Cudna, daughter of Donald Tusk, has already been questioned by prosecutors. She is being treated as a victim in the case concerning the removal of immunity from Bogdan Święczkowski and prosecutor Paweł Wilkoszewski. No further details are available.
Pegasus Case and Prime Minister’s Daughter
Roman Giertych, former lawyer for Donald Tusk, returned to politics in 2023 after having represented Tusk and his family. Onet reports his legal work helped grant Katarzyna Tusk‑Cudna the status of a victim in the Pegasus investigation, although the nature of any alleged harm has not been clarified.
The report also states that Małgorzata Tusk is expected to be questioned about Pegasus. Giertych said many of his clients now have victim status because they suffered from unlawful breaches of lawyer‑client confidentiality.
Ziobro Testified on Pegasus
Police detained Zbigniew Ziobro on September 29 at Warsaw airport and forced him to appear before a parliamentary investigative committee on Pegasus. Ziobro, having headed the Ministry of Justice that oversaw the Justice Fund, is a key witness.
According to reports, 25 million PLN were transferred from the Justice Fund to CBA for the purchase of Pegasus, and the ruling Law and Justice coalition alleged that the system was used to monitor opposition during its administration.
