Polish Polls Show Mixed Views on Karol Nawrocki and His Presidential Party

A CBOS survey held from October 2‑13, 2025 shows 51% of Poles view president Karol Nawrocki positively, while only 33% support forming a presidential party under his banner, with opposition voters most enthusiastic.

CBOS Survey: 51% Approve of Nawrocki

The October 2‑13 poll, conducted with 901 respondents, recorded 51% rating Nawrocki’s performance positively—a 3‑point drop from the previous study. 26% rated him poorly, unchanged from earlier results.

Uncertainty Rises: 23% Unsure

Those expressing uncertainty rose to 23%, up 3 percentage points. Methodology included 61.2% CAPI, 22.5% CATI and 16.3% CAWI techniques.

Support for Presidential Party: 33%

In a separate survey by the Institute for Market and Social Research on October 10‑11, only 33.2% of over a thousand respondents agreed that a presidential party led by Nawrocki should be formed.

Opposition Voters Most Favorable: 54%

Among opposition party supporters—PiS, Confederation, Confederation of the Polish Crown and Together Party—54% favored creating the party. Rzeczpospolita noted this contrast compared to the overall negative sentiment.
