A quad rider collided with a garden fence in Gruszczyn, Kozienice County, after cutting across an asphalt road at 5:25 p.m. on Sunday, October 19. The driver fell from the vehicle and sustained injuries.

Alcohol Test Results

Tests showed the driver’s blood alcohol concentration at nearly 3.5‰, indicating severe intoxication at the time of the crash.

Medical Response

Emergency services arrived promptly and transported the injured rider by ambulance to the Kozienice hospital for treatment.

Police seized the driver’s license and are submitting the case to court. Driving under the influence carries a maximum penalty of three years’ imprisonment, a large fine, and a driving ban.
