Unknown thieves robbed nearly a million zlotys from a Ukrainian tourist entering a Warsaw bank, with police underway to investigate the Ursynów incident.

Unknown attackers assaulted a man just after he left a bank on Teligi Street. The victim was in possession of approximately 900,000 zlotys, all of which the thieves stole.

Police Investigation in Progress

Press officer Staff Major Marta Haberska confirmed that officers are conducting procedural activities, questioning witnesses and securing surveillance footage. Details of the attack and victim data remain confidential.

Victim Allegedly Ukrainian

Unofficial reports state that the victim is a Ukrainian citizen who earlier withdrew about 900,000 zlotys from the bank. Police have not confirmed the victim’s nationality but have verified the incident location and intensified investigative actions.
