40‑Year‑Old Białoleka Man Arrested for Drunk Driving Under Two Court Bans

A 40‑year‑old Białoleka resident was detained Saturday night by patrol police after driving a Renault under the influence, while two court‑issued bans barred him from operating any vehicle.

Arrest During Night Patrol

Police from the Patrol – Intervention Division seized the driver during a routine night shift on Saturday around 10:30 pm.

Driving Under Influence

The suspect was observed on Aluzyjna Street, threatening another man. While driving, he swerved across his lane and clipped a curb, prompting officers to conduct a sobriety test that confirmed intoxication.

Court‑Imposed Driving Ban

System checks revealed the man faced two active court‑issued bans, preventing him from driving until June 2027.

Charges and Possible Sentence

He was charged with drunk driving despite the bans and threatening another person, with a potential prison term of up to five years.

Police Procedure and Detention
