Chain of Collisions

The Skoda driver, while changing lanes, failed to exercise caution and struck a Kia. The Skoda then impacted two parked cars—a Renault and a Mercedes—before flipping onto its side.

Damage to Surroundings

The force displaced a parked car, which struck a tram pole and the posts separating the sidewalk from parking spaces. Witnesses assisted the driver in exiting the vehicle.

Emergency Response
