MZA Launches New Recruitment Campaign, Highlights “Good Place of Employment”

Miejskie Zakłady Autobusowe has launched a new recruitment campaign showcasing a “good place of employment” for Warsaw’s largest bus operator.

The campaign, presented in public spaces and media, features employees guiding viewers through daily operations while emphasising stable employment and opportunities for growth.

MZA in Numbers and Practice

The company emphasises its scale: five depots, almost 1,500 buses—about 200 of which are electric—and nearly 5,000 staff. Beyond the figures, it highlights working conditions, technical infrastructure, and a human‑centric culture built on engagement, passion, and teamwork.

Campaign Slogan and Message

The core message is “Good Place of Employment.” MZA promotes competitive salaries, bonuses, subsidies for leisure and sports, free public transport tickets for employees and their children, and free English language lessons. These details are available through official channels and during recruitment interviews.

Employees are the Heroes

The new video portrays real drivers and mechanics in action and “between sessions,” capturing moments that build everyday workplace relationships. Some footage was taken from cameras mounted on the buses, underscoring the city’s rhythm and the crews’ dynamic work.

Voices of Creators and the Company

Katarzyna Pęsik, MZA’s HR Director, explained that the campaign showcases solid pay, bonuses, additional benefits such as leisure subsidies and free English lessons, and emphasises the prevailing atmosphere. Kacper Sędzielewski, director at 5.element, added that it’s a brief story about exceptional people in an exceptional environment, inviting anyone who values community, responsibility, and passion to join.

Where to View the Campaign

Images and video are displayed on bus stops, city signage, and social media. Ads run inside buses, trains, and online platforms, reaching both passengers and prospective candidates considering public‑transport jobs.

Who MZA is Looking For

The campaign targets individuals seeking stable employment in a friendly environment who want to combine work with a passion for public transport. MZA seeks people who are “positively enthusiastic,” open to collaboration, and responsible in daily tasks—from driving buses to maintaining and servicing modern fleets.
