During the night of 3 to 4 October, a total of seven service points in Wilanów were breached. Investigators believe that likely two perpetrators carried out the attacks, targeting only cash, with estimated losses amounting to several tens of thousands of zlotys.
Same Pair in Surveillance
Security footage from the affected premises captured similarly dressed individuals, suggesting that the same pair may have committed all the robberies. They showed no interest in electronic equipment, leaving computers and office devices untouched.
Bikers on Night Patrol
Residents’ accounts on neighborhood forums recount two suspects moving on bicycles. One was noted for a distinctive white rim, while the other reportedly remained on a “lookout” during the attacks.
Strategic Targeting of Main Thoroughfares
The burglaries occurred on streets such as Branickiego, Klimczaka, Sarmacka, Augustówka, and Vogla. The robbers moved swiftly, picking venues along major pedestrian and road corridors to facilitate rapid transit between locations.
Close Proximity to Security
One of the robbed premises was situated less than four metres from a security office, indicating high confidence or detailed reconnaissance on the part of the criminals.
Police Seek Leads
The police are conducting a search operation; no suspects have been detained so far. All reported losses stem solely from cash, with no electronics or office equipment stolen, confirming the motive of immediate liquidation of money.
