The dangerous situation occurred on Saturday, February 7, at the Emergency Department in Kozienice. An aggressive 34-year-old patient, who had previously been admitted after a medical intervention, struck a medical rescuer while receiving care.
Police Response and Charges
Police officers from the Kozienice County Police Command immediately responded and detained the aggressor. The collected evidence led to charges of violating a public official’s inviolability.
The prosecutor applied police supervision as a preventive measure and ordered a ban on the suspect approaching the injured medical rescuer.
