From 7 Nov to 15 Nov, road contractors will replace asphalt on Płochocińska Street in Warsaw, prompting detours and bus reroutes in the area.
First Section – Asphalt Replacement Towards Modlińska
From 7 th to 11 Nov, work will begin at 22:00 on the stretch of Płochocińska heading towards Modlińska, starting just past the intersection with Cieślewskich. Traffic will be blocked from Cieślewskich to the turn before the Zaplecze 01 bus stop on property 35, preventing any vehicle from passing the turn. Detour routes include the roads from Nieporętu via Szamocin to Wałuszewska, Bohaterów, Czołowa to Marywil, or, turning left, Białołęcka, Kopijników, Trasa Toruńska to Marywil. The road toward Nieporętu will remain open.
Bus lines 705, 735, and 736 heading towards Metra Marymont and Żerania FSO will turn onto Cieślewskich and Białołęcka; Kopijników will reach Trasa Toruńska. A replace‑ment line Z‑5 will run from Metra Marymont to the Kupiecka loop, using Włościańska, Żelazowa, Armii Krajowej Avenue, the Grota‑Rowecki bridge, Modlińska, Płochocińska, and Płytowa. This phase ends around 04:00 on 11 Nov.
Second Section – Asphalt Replacement Towards Nieporętu
Work resumes on 11 Nov at 22:00, this time on the same stretch but in the direction of Nieporętu. The closure extends from the turn before Zaplecze 02 to the intersection with Cieślewskich. Vehicles traveling eastbound must turn onto Marywil; two bypasses are provided: one to Trasa Toruńska via Łabiszyńska, Kopijników, Białołęcka, and Cieślewskich; the other via Czołowa, Bohaterów, Wałuszewska, Żyrardowska, Zegarynka, and Cieślewskich.
Traffic on the previously repaired Modlińska‑bound section will continue normally. Bus lines 705, 735, and 736 will follow a similar detour. In the direction of Nieporętu and Legionowa, buses will use Trasa Toruńska and then Kopijników, Białołęcka, and Cieślewskich to reach Płochocińska. Line 326 heading towards Bródno will use the same route. This phase finishes at 04:00 on 15 Nov.
