Six fire crews were dispatched to the address to combat the blaze.

Evacuation and Rescue

Rescue teams evacuated one injured person from the apartment and eight residents from adjacent units.

In total, 35 people left the building on their own, while 40 required assistance from firefighters.

Some injured parties were transported to the hospital; others received on‑site medical aid.

Firefighting Challenges

Firefighters reported that access to the apartment was hindered by parked cars and tree branches, which impeded the deployment of a ladder.

These obstacles were removed in the initial phase of the operation, after which evacuation with the ladder could proceed.
