The Criminal Division of Wołomin County Police, acting on an Interpol Red Notice, apprehended a 41‑year‑old Ukrainian national. Ukrainian authorities had been seeking him for sexual freedom violations and a double murder.
The suspect was also found driving under the influence in Poland, posing a danger to road safety.
