Career and Background
Although originally trained as a political scientist, he shifted to gastronomy and studied at Westminster Kingsway College in London, one of the UK’s top culinary schools. After completing his training, he worked for years in prestigious London restaurants, where he learned discipline and precision. Returning to Poland, he served as head chef at Nifty No. 20 in a Poznan hotel, where he shared his expertise with younger chefs.
