Three Warsaw Metro Stations Out of Service, Replacement Buses Flown

On Tuesday, 7 October 2025, Warsaw Metro suspended service at three M1 line stations—Młociny, Wawrzyszew, and Stare Bielany—while replacement buses cover the northern route.

Affected Stations and Route Cut

A fault on the Bielany section of the M1 line has led to the closure of three stations—Młociny, Wawrzyszew, and Stare Bielany. Trains now run a shortened route between Kabaty and Słodowiec.

Replacement Bus Service Details

Warsaw Public Transport launched a bus shuttle covering the Młociny → Słodowiec corridor. The service follows the path: Metro Młociny 18 – Kasprowicza – Sacharowa – Marymoncka – Żeromskiego – Metro Słodowiec 04.

Service Span on Remaining M1 Section

All other parts of the M1 line continue operating unchanged, with trains running through the full corridor except for the closed segment.

Passenger Guidance

Travellers heading to or from Bielany should make use of the replacement buses or plan transfers at Słodowiec station to alternative modes of transport.

Technical Operations Update

Technical teams are working to restore full service on the northern part of line 1 as quickly as possible. Trains are not operating south of Młociny toward Stare Bielany since 20:00, while service resumes from Kabaty to Słodowiec.
