Polish President Karol Nawrocki has filed his 2024 asset declaration, yet the Supreme Court refuses to disclose it, leaving the public with only a 2021 snapshot of his finances.
Annual Asset Disclosure for the President
Under existing law, the President of Poland must submit an asset declaration each year, first before taking office and thereafter by March 31. This declaration is not automatically public, although the President can choose to release it voluntarily.

Supreme Court Declines to Release the Document
The Supreme Court, through its first President Małgorzata Manowska, denied a request from Gazeta.pl to obtain Nawrocki’s 2024 declaration, citing the absence of the President’s consent to disclose the document.
Financial Snapshot from Nawrocki’s 2021 Declaration
During the 2021 declaration, Nawrocki reported earnings of nearly 186 000 PLN in 2020, mainly from his roles as head of the National Memory Institute and the Second World War Museum in Gdańsk.
