The Przasnysz District Prosecutor’s Office submitted the complaint to the court, alleging violations of articles 288 §1 and 226 §1 of the Penal Code against Krystian S.
Nighttime Altercation
Investigators say Krystian S. fought with his partner during the night of 3 September, then turned his aggression toward parked cars along Maria Dąbrowska and Starzyński streets.
Four Cars Damaged
Four vehicles suffered damage, with estimated losses of 8,533.56 zł, 5,000 zł, 2,000 zł and 1,000 zł respectively.
Police Insults
When police arrived, the suspect allegedly used profanity toward officers, leading to an additional charge of insulting police.
Suspect’s Statement
During interrogation, Krystian S. admitted to damaging three cars and insulting officers but could not provide a rational explanation for his actions and was placed under police monitoring as a precautionary measure.
