Incident Details

At a time just before 15:00, a fire erupted in the basement of the structure located at 134 Puławska Street. The blaze consumed accumulated garbage and the store’s equipment.

Firefighting Response

Four units of the State Fire Service were dispatched, including a ladder truck. By the time crews arrived, the fire had largely consumed the basement, but the firefighters promptly contained it, ventilated, and removed smoke from the area. The ground‑level store had already conducted an evacuation; no one was injured.

Traffic Disruptions

During the rescue operations, two lanes of Puławska Street toward Piaseczna were closed, causing traffic delays. The fire service wrapped up operations around 15:30, and no casualties were reported.
