On Saturday night on the bend of Marszałkowska street, the driver lost control, fell off the road and hit the tram tracks, blocking traffic in both directions.

Double‑direction Tram Service Stopped

The vehicle’s presence paralysed tram traffic in both directions, and wheeled traffic toward Bank Square was halted, causing severe delays across the area.

Firefighters and Tram Staff Cooperate to Clear Vehicle

Firefighters secured the scene while tram personnel used a Unimog to pull the trapped Peugeot off the tracks, allowing tram service to resume and gradually clearing the roadway for cars.

No Injuries Amid Repeated Tram Incident

Despite the repeated occurrence in the same location, no one was injured in the latest incident.
