Safety reminders for fall conditions
Autumn rains and fog reduce visibility and make roads wet and slippery, lengthening stopping distances. Drivers are urged to slow down near crossings to avoid collisions.
Pedestrians should wear reflective elements to be seen instantly from greater distances; without them visibility is limited to 20‑30 m. All road users are urged to exercise extreme caution under deteriorating weather.
