Włodzimierz Czarzasty Elected as New Marshal of the Sejm

On Tuesday, November 18, the Sejm voted and elected Włodzimierz Czarzasty as its new marshal, after 447 members cast ballots.

On 18 Nov., 447 members voted; 236 in favour, 209 against, and 2 abstentions.

Party Positions

Opposition came from Razem, PiS, and Koalicja. Abstentions were by Sławomir Ćwik (Polska 2050) and Michał Kołodziejczak (KO).
