Police found the severed hands on the A45 motorway between Olpe‑Süd and Freudenberg at the early hours of November 17. The hands were later identified as belonging to a 32‑year‑old woman from Eritrea.
Trail leads to refugee centre in Bonn
Investigators noted that the woman had been registered with her three‑month‑old child at a refugee centre in Bonn. Neither the woman nor her whereabouts have been determined to date.
Baby found before Hesje monastery
