The Capital Police’s Intelligence‑Patrol Division conducted an operation in Praga Północ, arresting two people who possessed a substantial amount of drugs as part of ongoing efforts to combat drug crime in Warsaw.

Vehicle inspection reveals drug cache

During a stop on 11 Listopada Street, investigators found five occupants— a 41‑year‑old driver and passengers aged 21 to 39—inside the car. They discovered methamphetamine, mephedrone, marijuana, and cocaine totaling several hundred grams, with additional substances in the driver’s possession.

Dog handler assists in locating more drugs

A trained narcotics‑search dog helped locate hidden drugs, and the driver was taken for a blood test due to suspected driving under the influence.

Charges and assets seized

Both the driver and one passenger were charged with possession of narcotics and psychotropic substances at the Warsaw VI Police District Headquarters. Authorities also seized cash presumed to be related to the illicit activity.
