Polish singer Kazik Staszewski was admitted to a hospital in Poland on 4 December after an appendectomy allegedly performed incorrectly, according to a Facebook post he made.
Surgery Errors Triggered Severe Complications
Staszewski revealed that during his appendectomy a medical mistake left an operative element in his body, leading to serious complications.
He wrote that the surgeon “failed to remove the appendix fully” and left a “foreign body” behind.
Critical Condition Reported in Night of 4 December
Later that day, the singer posted that a series of tests showed a very severe state and doctors considered a further operation.
He stated that “at night I felt close to end of road” and could undergo a surgery similar to his father’s.

Tour Dates Cancelled Amid Health Concerns
He acknowledged pain had been felt earlier and announced that concerts would be postponed due to his health.
The band had recently travelled with the “Orange Route” and “Acoustic Cultural” tours and was set to perform two shows on 5 and 7 December in Tenerife.
