Civic Coalition Beats Law and Justice by Clear Margin in Latest Poll; Tusk Celebrates Ahead of PiS’s Crypto Plan

The CBOS survey, conducted between December 1 and 3, 2025, found that the Civic Coalition (KO) received 30.3 percent of the vote, a gain of 1.5 percentage points from November. Law and Justice (PiS) maintained 20.7 percent, unchanged from earlier data.

KO’s lead over PiS exceeds ten points, a margin Tusk described as a triumph ahead of the party’s forthcoming crypto‑related proposal.

Shifts in Smaller Parties

Support for Grzegorz Braun’s party fell to 7 percent, a drop of 1.5 points. The Left (Lewica) rose to 5.2 percent, up from 3.5 percent. The “Together” (Razem) party increased to 3.8 percent, a 0.5‑point gain. Other figures: Polish 2050 at 2 percent, PSL at 1.4 percent, and Ludowcy unchanged. A “don’t know” response accounted for 14.3 percent, down from 16.1 percent, while 2.5 percent refused to answer.

Alternative Results Without “Don’t Know” and Refusals

When excluding “don’t know” and refusal responses, KO’s share rises to 35 percent and PiS to 24.8 percent. Other parties: Confederation 14.2 percent, Confederation of the Polish Crown 8 percent, Left 6.2 percent, Razem 4.4 percent, PSL 3.7 percent, Polish 2050 2.7 percent, and other parties 1 percent.

Methodology

CBOS used a computer‑assisted telephone interview (CATI) 90 percent of the time and an online survey (CAWI) 10 percent, sampling 1,000 adult residents of Poland between December 1 and 3, 2025.
