A man then approached, snatched the child from her hands, and drove off in an unknown direction. The victim knew his identity and immediately reported the incident to the police. “Every minute counted. After receiving the information, the City Police Commander in Koszalin declared an alert for the entire unit,” wrote the commander, Monika Kosiec of the Koszalin City Police.
