Police in Sochaczew detained four foreign nationals from Ukraine, Georgia, and Tajikistan for various violations and handed them over to the Border Guard.
Detention of Four Foreign Nationals
Police in Sochaczew recently took decisive action against foreigners who violated Polish regulations. Four men, citizens of Ukraine, Georgia, and Tajikistan, were detained and subsequently transferred to the Border Guard.
As part of their daily duties, Sochaczew police consistently respond to all cases of law violations, regardless of the citizenship of those committing prohibited acts. In recent days, officers detained four foreigners who had committed crimes or were staying in Poland illegally.
Specific Cases
The first man detained, a Ukrainian citizen, was arrested for driving while intoxicated. This individual had previously had conflicts with the law.
The second detainee was a citizen of Tajikistan who decided to get behind the wheel despite a court-imposed ban on operating motor vehicles.
Additional Arrests
Shortly after, police detained a Georgian citizen suspected, among other things, of stealing documents. During the investigation, it was also determined that the man was staying in Poland illegally.
The last detainee was a Ukrainian citizen who was also driving while intoxicated.
Legal Proceedings
In each case, the District Police Commander in Sochaczew applied to the Border Guard for decisions obligating the foreigners to return to their countries of origin. After completing necessary procedures, the men were handed over to Border Guard officials.
