A major heating network failure occurred near Lechicka 12 Street in Warsaw’s Włochy district, damaging a 600mm diameter main pipeline supplying heat to Ursus and Włochy.
The outage is scheduled from 09:26 on 4 February 2026 until 06:00 on 5 February 2026, though repairs may conclude earlier.
Impact and Timeline
A total of 549 buildings will experience temporary heat suspension during the repair window.
Work was scheduled during warmer temperatures to minimize disruption and will proceed continuously to restore supply as quickly as possible.
