Joint Crackdown on Dangerous Material Transport

On February 4th, 161 traffic police officers, 16 Road Transport Inspectors, and 21 National Revenue Administration officers conducted a joint operation to enforce ADR regulations for dangerous materials transport in the Mazowieckie Garrison area.

Operation Overview

On February 4th, actions were carried out in the Mazowieckie Garrison area focused on controlling vehicles transporting dangerous materials, including goods subject to registration in the SENT system. The goal was to uncover and eliminate violations of ADR road transport regulations and ensure safety.

Personnel and Inspections

A total of 161 traffic police officers, 16 inspectors from the Road Transport Inspectorate, and 21 officers from the National Revenue Administration participated in the operation. Officers checked the completeness and correctness of documents, required driver licenses, mandatory vehicle equipment, technical condition, proper labeling, and cargo security.

Results and Violations

During the operation, 72 vehicles transporting “ADR” dangerous materials and 72 vehicles with SENT-registered goods were inspected. 105 transport protocols were prepared, covering 2,415 working days. A total of 13 violations were found, including 5 from the Road Traffic Act and 8 from the Road Transport Act.

Implementation Areas

The actions were conducted throughout the Mazowieckie Garrison area. Joint controls with National Revenue Administration and Road Transport Inspectorate officers were implemented in City Police Headquarters in Ostrołęka, Płock, Radom, and Siedlce, as well as the County Police Headquarters in Grójec.

The joint actions aim to increase road safety and limit irregularities in dangerous materials transport. This type of control will continue to effectively counteract violations and improve safety for all road users.
