The Ministry of Finance has confirmed there will be no delay in implementing the next phase of the KSeF e-invoicing system, which is set for April 1.
Experts interviewed by DGP believe this is the correct decision, stating that any delay would cause more confusion than benefits.
Scam Invoice Issue Persists
Despite the confirmed timeline, the system still does not allow for reporting of “scam invoices” through KSeF.
The issue gained public attention after a video demonstrating the problem appeared online.
