Employers oppose new labor law amendment allowing administrative conversion of contracts to employment.
Government Approves Controversial Labor Reform
As reported, the amendment to the State Labour Inspection Act, maintaining the possibility of administrative transformation of civil law contracts into employment contracts, was approved by the Council of Ministers on Wednesday.
Employer Organizations Voice Opposition
This solution has been opposed by employer organizations for months and surprisingly did not receive a positive assessment from trade unions either.
Alternative Proposal Suggested
Instead of strengthening the State Labour Inspection, some propose full social security contributions for contract work.
