Draft Regulation Outlines Contract Registration Process

The draft regulation for the Central Register of Contracts of Public Finance Sector Units specifies the detailed method for determining contract values and the scope of information that will be included in the registry.

Value Reporting Requirements

Contracts must be reported with their value in Polish zloty with precision to two decimal places. The regulation also requires a detailed description of the scope of supplies, services, or construction works that constitute the subject of the contract.

Public Finance Sector Compliance

The new requirements apply to units within Poland’s public finance sector, which will need to adhere to the registration framework established by the Ministry of Finance.
