S7 Collision Blocks Two Lanes, Causes Major Traffic Jam from Grójec

A collision occurred on the S7 highway near Nowa Wola on February 20, involving a Hyundai and Suzuki. According to preliminary findings, the Suzuki driver brushed against the Hyundai while changing lanes, causing the Suzuki to hit protective barriers.

Emergency Response

Firefighters, two medical rescue teams, and police responded to the scene. Firefighters secured the area, disconnected car batteries, and contained leaking fluids from the Suzuki. Paramedics examined three individuals, none of whom required hospital transport.

Traffic Disruptions

The collision blocked two of three lanes on the highway toward Warsaw, creating a significant traffic jam from the Grójec direction. Police from Piaseczno continued investigating the incident.
