President Karol Nawrocki tops the latest IBRiS trust survey with 48.8% support, facing increasing competition from political rivals.

President Karol Nawrocki leads the latest IBRiS trust poll for Onet.pl with 48.8% of respondents expressing trust, a 1.1 percentage point increase since January. Those expressing distrust decreased to 42.8%, a drop of 3.1 percentage points.
Vice Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski ranked second with 46.7% trust, a 2.7 percentage point increase. Negative sentiment toward Sikorski fell by over 11 percentage points to 37%, while neutrality toward him rose to 14.5%.
Prime Minister Donald Tusk secured third place with 41.2% trust, a slight 0.5 percentage point decrease, while maintaining a significant negative rating of 52.5%.
Other Ranked Politicians
Marszałek of the Sejm Włodzimierz Czarzasty received 41% trust, while Vice Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz had 39.7%. Vice Marshal of the Sejm Krzysztof Bosak, former Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, and leader of Nowa Nadzieja Sławomir Mentzen rounded out the rankings with 36.2%, 35.8%, and 31.9% trust respectively.
Survey Methodology
The poll was conducted on February 20-21 through CATI (telephone interviews) with a sample of 1,100 adult Poles.
Nawrocki’s Presidency Ratings
A separate OGB poll published Wednesday showed 48.8% of respondents positively evaluating President Karol Nawrocki’s presidency, while 36.4% gave negative ratings. This represents a 0.8 percentage point decrease in positive evaluations and a 1 percentage point decrease in negative evaluations since January.
“Nawrocki’s peak popularity was in December 2025, when nearly 52% of Poles evaluated his presidency positively, with 34.2% giving negative ratings,” said OGB head Łukasz Pawłowski. “This is another study showing declining support for Karol Nawrocki,” he added.
