Program Overview

The “You Are Not Alone” program, hosted by Fractal Concept at 10 Jelinka Street in Warsaw, offers free psychological consultations, educational and development groups for children and parents, and workshops for parents. Funding comes from the Warsaw municipal budget.

Free Support Details

All services—individual and family consultations, parent workshops, educational materials—are completely free for students of primary and secondary schools, teenagers facing emotional difficulties, and caregivers.

Scope of Assistance

Participants receive personal and family consultations, parallel education and development groups for children and parents, workshops for parents, and educational brochures. The integrated approach helps create change at home and school.

Target Group

The program is open to school‑aged children, youth dealing with emotional challenges, parents and caregivers who need better ways to support their children.
