Sikorski Makes Proposal on Russia—Poland Ready

Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski announced during his meeting with EU foreign ministers in Copenhagen on August 20th that Poland supports the idea of seizing Russian assets frozen by EU sanctions and using them to support Ukraine’s defense and reconstruction, valued at 200 billion euros frozen in the European Central Bank’s asset accounts in Belgium.
