After 12 years, Łukasz Kowalski is leaving MSL Poland, having grown the team and significantly contributed to the firm’s revenue.
Kowalski’s Departure and Contributions
Łukasz Kowalski, Managing Partner at MSL, is departing the organization after 12 years. He was recognized as an effective manager responsible for client service and business development.
At MSL, Kowalski oversaw corporate communications, crisis communication consulting, and the development of Public Affairs competencies.
Kowalski’s Statement
“I decided to end my work at MSL with a sense of duty fulfilled, especially regarding the most challenging issue management projects,” Kowalski stated. “These were very productive years where success was the result of hard work for MSL’s clients. We had to reinvent ourselves several times from a business perspective.”
He successfully expanded the team from a few consultants to over 30 at its peak, and the services he developed now represent nearly 40% of the firm’s fee income. “Now is the time to start something new,” he added.
Succession Plan
Łukasz Kowalski’s responsibilities at MSL will be taken over by Danuta Cabaj and Tomasz Błaszczyk, directors responsible for serving corporate clients in the infrastructure, energy, and financial sectors.
Cabaj and Błaszczyk have extensive experience in strategic communication consulting, including investor relations and capital markets communication.
MSL Leadership Comments
“We have been working with Danuta and Tomasz for many years and I know what they are capable of,” said Sebastian Stępak, CEO of MSL Poland and CEE. “I am confident they will excel in their new roles.”
